Do you need to be in Sydney?
For board and leadership sessions, yes, and we are. Most of the retainer runs over calls and shared documents between visits.
What does a Sydney retainer cost?
A fixed monthly fee with a three month minimum. We quote it after a 30 minute call once we know the size of the leadership team and the pace of decisions.
Can you sit on our AI steering group?
Yes. That is the usual shape. We attend, prepare the papers and hold the decision log, and your executives make the decisions.

They advise at program scale. We sit with the operators, review the actual builds and cost the actual workflows, and most clients keep both.
