Privacy policy

This is a starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed against the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles before launch.

What we collect

Information you send us directly through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this site is used.

How we use it

To reply to you, to run an engagement if one begins, and to keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Client information

Material shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential and handled under the terms of the engagement agreement. We do not use client data to train models, and we do not publish identifying detail in case studies without written sign off.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twelve months. Engagement records are kept for as long as we are legally required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@zinto.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
