Questions
Can you work with our TMS or WMS?
Usually, yes. Most systems in this sector have an API or an import path, and what we build reads from and writes back to yours. If the system itself is the constraint, we tell you early.
Our customers all send orders differently. Can that be handled?
That is the normal case. Order intake is designed per customer format, with confidence thresholds tuned against your own history, and anything below the threshold goes to a person.
What about carrier invoice checking?
Checking carrier invoices against rate cards and delivered consignments is one of the highest return jobs in this sector. Overcharges are common and rarely caught. It is usually in the first roadmap.
