Questions
Can AI do our estimating?
It can do the first pass. Quantities from drawings, pricing from your own history and supplier lists, and a draft in your template. Your estimator still owns the number. What changes is that they spend their time checking and pricing risk rather than measuring and retyping.
We already use Procore or Buildxact. Do we need to change?
No. Most of what we build connects to the software you already run and takes the manual work that happens around it. If your current system is the actual constraint we will tell you that in discovery rather than build around it.
How do you handle variations and claims without breaking our approvals?
We leave approvals exactly where they are. The work in front of the approver gets faster and more consistent. Nothing gets approved, paid or certified without the same person signing it off as today.
What size of builder is this for?
Typically Tier 2 and Tier 3 head contractors and specialist subcontractors with between ten and a few hundred staff. Big enough that a few people are carrying a lot of repeated admin, small enough that fixing it changes the business.
