Turning a meat distributor's text and WhatsApp orders into sales orders and quotes

A meat distributor took customer orders by text, WhatsApp and several other channels. Staff checked every order against a price list before raising the sales order, the quote and the invoice. We built an agent connected to their product database that reads the messages and drafts the orders and quotes. The team stopped retyping and the business took on more orders.

Making years of a Sydney builder's documents askable, then automating the estimates

A Sydney construction business had thousands of job files, site notes and tenders sitting as PDFs alongside Procore, and no way to ask them anything. We made every document machine readable on their own servers and gave them a private model to query it. Then we built estimating automations on top, including estimates drafted over WhatsApp from their own cost catalogues.

Getting a commercial builder's tender turnaround from nine days to three
